CHASM: Cerebrovascular mechanisms of HIV-ASsociated cognitive iMpairment in China

CHASM is an observational study investigating the contribution of cerebrovascular disease to cognitive impairment in persons with HIV in China. Our collaborators include Drs. Taisheng Li, Helen Wang, Yun He, and an amazing team of infectious diseases physicians, nurses, and psychiatrists at two sites in China. Located in Beijing and Shenzhen, China, this study involves neuropsychological testing, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, and brain MRI.
